  • Career guidance and job-hunting support

We provide professional career support and guide you throughout the job-hunting process. Moreover, we connect candidates to relevant opportunities.

However, Careeriva does not guarantee employment or job offers. Therefore, employers make all hiring decisions, employment offers, and employment terms. Consequently, Careeriva does not take responsibility for employer actions or decisions.

2. Eligibility

By using Careeriva.com, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • You provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

3. Services & Delivery

All services deliver digitally.
Moreover, service timelines vary depending on the selected service and your responsiveness.

In general, we deliver CV writing and LinkedIn optimization services within 10 days, unless we communicate otherwise.

Furthermore, Careeriva will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information you provide.

4. Payments & Pricing

We display prices clearly on the website, and we may update them at any time.
We process payments securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. Also, Careeriva does not store your credit or debit card information.

By completing a payment, you authorize Careeriva to charge the full amount for the selected service.

5. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Refund Eligibility

We issue refunds only if we do not deliver CV writing and LinkedIn optimization services within 10 days from the payment date.

No Refunds

If we deliver services within 10 days, we do not provide refunds.
Once we deliver a service, we consider it completed and non-refundable.

By purchasing any service, you explicitly agree to this Refund Policy.

6. Job Disclaimer

Careeriva provides career support services only. Therefore, we do not act as an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency.

In addition:

  • Careeriva does not offer jobs directly

  • Careeriva does not make hiring decisions

  • Careeriva does not control employer requirements, timelines, or outcomes

Third-party employers provide any job opportunities, interviews, or employment offers. Therefore, Careeriva will not be responsible for:

  • Employer decisions

  • Job offer withdrawals

  • Changes in employment terms

  • Failure to receive job offers

Using Careeriva services does not create an employment relationship between you and Careeriva.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Respond promptly to service-related communications

  • Use Careeriva services only for lawful and ethical purposes

Additionally, Careeriva reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity, without refund.

Also, we license any CVs, resumes, or LinkedIn content delivered to clients for personal use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Careeriva will not be liable for:

  • Employer responses or decisions

  • Loss of income, opportunities, or business prospects

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Careeriva’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

By using our services, you consent to data processing according to the Privacy Policy.
